The Beach House condo complex is an ocean front building which provides beautiful ocean views across the communal pool. Conveniently located only minutes from the Garden City Pier, you can find live music, an arcade and much more! Plan your trip to Beach House 302 so you can look forward to relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying the waves.

Shared Pool (Open Seasonally From April 1st to October 1st from 9am-10pm Daily) - Professionally Maintained, Outdoor Shower, Private Balcony, 1 Parking Spot, Non-Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
(Two): 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room

BATHROOM LOCATIONS
(Two): 1 Private, 1 Hall Access

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions (Streaming Available), Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

Excellent Family Spot

My family of 5 stayed here. The house and location were absolutely perfect! Beautiful views of the beach and pool right from the balcony. Close proximity to all shops and grocery stores but not so busy that you can’t enjoy yourself! Will for sure book again!

Overall the condo itself fit our needs. Loved the balcony with a view of the ocean. Thankful the AC cooled well. Downside was the check in process, both showers (one had drainage issue & other took forever to warm up), & no elevator. Would have loved a full size drip coffe maker. Only had a small 5 cup & a keurig.
