This property includes a fully-equipped kitchen complete with two dishwashers and microwave, dual oven, wet bar with stand-alone ice maker and wine cooler, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Seven TVs (cable, 32-inch in bedrooms), stereo, DVD player, Blu-Ray player, Bose Soundbar, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor; four are on the third. Each includes a private bath. Sleeping accommodations include one king, five queen, and two double-size beds. Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool, a balcony (accessible from every bedroom), and ample parking (six spots). The pool can be heated (gas heater) from October through April when air temperatures are above 50°F. An additional $300 fee will apply to guests who want the pool heated. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
