  • Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Murrells Inlet!

    Sunnyside Village Townhomes is a luxury community east of 17 bypass and only 1/2 mile to the Marsh-walk area of Murrells Inlet. This community features high quality homes in a quaint community with a luxurious pool area and clubhouse. No matter where you are in the community the pool is only a short walk. Great neighborhood for walking your dog. Features a pond where you may spot turtles, white egret, bald eagles, blue heron, ducks and geese.

    First level: Features garage, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, TV's, closet, full bath (tub/shower combo) and outdoor patio with seating.

    Second level: Features the master suite with a king bed, TV, large walk-in closet, full bath with double vanity sinks and walk in tile shower. Living room with TV, dining table for 6, large, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio with gas grill, mini fridge and sink.

    Just a quick trip to Murrells Inlet Marshwalk! This area is famous for having access to a Marina where you can take a fishing charter, sunset or dolphin cruise, rent Jet skis, or kayaks, excellent restaurants, live music, happy hour specials, ice cream shops, and shopping.
