We found this property to be exactly what we saw on line. Great view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. Well kept and clean. Comfortable furniture. Located within short driving distance to the restaurants in Murrell's Inlet and Surfside, as well as some terrific golf. Will recommend this unit to others when travelling this way.

Great views
This is a nice place. I would highly recommend it but for the noise from the service room next-door. The noise was all the time. Took away from the unit. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was great. The bed was super comfortable. The view was excellent.

I am so sorry you had that inconvenience. I actually was at the condo last week and had the HOA take me to the service room next door. The noise wasn't emitting from the room, but from the drop ceiling in the bathroom where the HVAC unit is located. The building had an issue with the cooling tower and did some repair work on it, they didn't drain the lines properly which caused a noise in the pipes leading to my HVAC unit. They have drained the lines and thus the noise has dissipated. Thank you for letting me know about this issue, I've never experienced that before and neither has any guests that have stayed with us. Hope we will see you again in the future.

Wonderful Host
Second time at this condo and it does not disappoint. The view is great and the space is ideal. Everything you need for a weekend or week away. This time, the host really had a chance to shine because there was a small problem at check-in and he was super responsive and helpful. It was all sorted out quickly and graciously.. Problems will happen from time to time and you never want them to happen at all. But you never know how good your host is until they have a chance to help. Will book there again as soon as we can.

Perfect Location
Wonderful location with great view of ocean and beach from 8th balcony. Condo had everything you could need and a very comfortable bed. Easy access to many activities and a short drive to bars and restaurants. We come back time and again. Love the place!

Neat, Clean and perfect Getaway.
Stunning view of the ocean from the balcony! Located close to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Condo is tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was a big surprise! The owner has the basic supplies already there! Everything worked great and we ate all our dinners and most of our breakfasts there. Fishing at the pier was successful for me. New king bed is comfortable. Large TV in the living room was great. All in all, a perfect places to for a couples' retrrat

Wonderful relaxing vacation

We stayed at this condo for a few days for some r&r. The listing was accurate. Amazing views. Fully updated condo. Comfortable king size bed. 2 bathrooms which was appreciated. Girls trip
It was amazing. I took my mother so we could have girl time. We talked and laughed. The place was perfect. We sat on the balcony and watched the waves and has some of the days. They were a true blessing. This place is amazing. We will definitely be back.

I rented this condo for my parents to stay at for a couple days. They really enjoyed there stay. They said it was very clean and nice. Ocean front and views were great. They loved sitting on the balcony. Property manager, Donavon, was great. I had to contact him bc we thought the code wasn't working but my parents went to the wrong condo, lol. He was very nice and helpful on the phone. We would definitely book through Donavon again and stay at this condo again as well.

Beautiful oceanfront condo with private balcony!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo. The condo was clean and well-maintained with a comfortable bed and many amenities. Our host Donovan was on top of communication from booking to check-in to check-out. The best part of our stay was having our morning coffee on a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Just perfect!

Stunning Location
We got off to a rocky start when the entrance code would not allow us into the property. However, Donovan, property manager, responded quickly. The views of the ocean were spectacular. Surprisingly the unit was quiet for such a large property. It was clean, well maintained. Unfortunately the previous occupant(s) had broken the door frame which we were made aware of.

Our second time here: We will be back in July 2023. Donovan and Liz are great hosts! We were surprised a bit at this visit’s overall cleanliness. Some (not all) of the towels wreaked of cigarette smoke - had to wash them prior to use. The shelving in the bathrooms and the creases in the master bathroom vanity have not been touched (wiped) in more than a bit. This can be verified with a site visit. Suspect this is a contractor issue and not willing to place blame on Liz and Donovan. That said, we will be back.

Nicest 1bedroom condo we ever booked
Condo was updated, clean, very well stocked, beautiful view and nice size balcony. We loved the condo had a hallway down the l side of entrance leading past the master bedroom and bath, a half bath and a small but well equipped kitchen. Nice dining table and large living space. Very easy entrance and exit with code and all went well with the rental process.

Great Oceanfront Condo!
You can't beat the location of this condo. It has an amazing oceanfront view. This condo is non-smoking, but every time we were on the balcony it smelled like cigarette smoke from other balconies. It was not super clean, but overall this place was amazing! We would stay here again.

We had the most relaxing weekend getaway and will definitely stay here again. This condo was perfect, in a great location with amazing views and very spacious. We throughly enjoyed have binoculars available to watch the dolphins in the surf. I so desperately wish I could upload photos of the AMAZING sunrise we caught. 10/10 recommend this condo!

Perfect spot for our little getaway
This is the second year we have stayed in this condo, and once again it did not disappoint!! The condo was so clean and in very good condition. Check-in was so easy and I love not having to deal with picking up keys, etc. The view is picture perfect. It is the perfect place to see the sunrise in the morning. I feel blessed to have found this little gem to visit and celebrate my birthday every year.

Very Nice Condo
This condo is very nice, big, clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen was well stocked. Balcony was big with not only chairs but longe chairs. We were there after Hurricane Ian and Donovan was excellent with communication with issues the building had but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. He kept us up on everything. I would definitely recommend this Condo. We will be back. Thank you Donovan and Liz.
