Please wash off sand from persons and clothing in the outdoor shower. Sand will clog the drains in the indoor shower.

Everything we Expected!

From the communication before and during our stay, we cannot be more grateful to our host. Check-in was seamless. Amenities including the golf cart were plentiful. Cleanliness is an obvious priority. The beach house was exactly as shown. Brian communicates so well. He let us know that we were able to check in early which is a rarity. It was so nice to be afforded that opportunity because we were traveling with a dog. Brian had the condo stocked fully. Linens and towels were clean. The golf cart was an added benefit and was perfect to take to the beach. The house is in a great location to the beach, pool and dog park. We would definitely stay here again just for the simple fact that Brian communicates so well with the renter. The neighbors, who are residents, were extremely nice as well.

Near the ocean with dogs

Our family enjoyed our recent stay at Brian’s place. It is a short drive on the included golf cart to oceanfront parking and the beach, and our three small dogs felt right at home.

Like the location the most. Home was well stocked. Needs a few items but everything here was adequate. Friendly neighborhood, quiet this time of year. Located in a very convenient area, within walking distance to dog park and other amenities.

Our stay at this home was excellent. The house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The golf cart and beach chairs were used all week and the community is great. Gated community with private beach access makes going to the beach super easy. The owner is very attentive and was always quick to reply to our questions. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others.

Just perfect!

I and the kids loved the house; it was cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of room for me, two 20 year old boys, and two 13 year old girls (only all together for 2 nights).

Garden City Get-a-way

This cozy cottage is minutes away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Very well stocked with paper goods, kitchen items, etc. a golf cart was provided as well as beach chairs & umbrella. Nice quiet community. Would definitely stay here again!
