"Great place within walking distance to the beach access at the pier.. parking is a bit of a challenge at times. Stairs in unit H are very narrow and sreps to 2nd level are narrow and straight up. Only bed in unit is upstairs. Door lock was a bit of a hassle. Will definitely be back."

"Nice owners, nice place indoors. The place is up to date, fully remodeled and super clean. Giant tv. Really close to the beach. Would rent from them again. While the condo is great, the area immediately around the condo isn’t as great. There is a karaoke bar on the first floor of the building (70’s rock). You pass several “performers” on your way to the entrance to the upstairs units, which is off an unpaved alley that isn’t very welcoming. I’m sure it will improve as the overall area improves....
