"The trip was put off to a very bad start. Upon checking in and getting out keys, we entered our locked room, and the lights were all off but there was an employee in the back bedroom with the lights off who didn’t say anything until we asked who was there and he said he was programming the remote. Was startling to walk in to that environment and left us wondering if someone would be in our room again unexpectedly."

"The hotel was way too overpriced for the amenities offered. The only best thing about the priperty was that it was in close proximity to dining areas and shops. The air conditioning was very poor. The air was blowing directly on us and we would freeze, however, it got too hot when we would turn it off. The hotel claimed to have full kitchen but it did not have pans and dishwashing soap or sponge. Overall, it was overly expensive for what they offer. "

"My husband and I had an incredible stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We looked forward to our takeaway breakfast and fresh coffee, and our morning chats with Andy. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The decor was stunning and location perfect for our stay in PS. "This property was well located, driving time to downtown was 3-5 min. Free parking. Inside was exactly as described - very spacious. The view was fantastic - mountains and palm trees. Checking -in was at 4pm but even though we got there at 2:30 they let us sit around the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. I would go back there. "
