Located in Murphy, North Carolina, this fully equipped and freshly built home has an single floor layout with only a few steps to get onto the porch to reach the front door, making access easy!

Enter into an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen space! The design encourages connection and easy maneuverability - no walls to dodge nor doors to open and close, only the furniture furnishing this open space. The living room features a Smart TV over the gas fireplace tucked into the corner. The dining area just off the kitchen has seating for 4 people and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and making a meal.

It has 2 bedrooms, both fitted with linens and rest-promising Queen beds. Plush pillows and comfort await you after a day of adventure and fun. Each room has storage for you to unpack your bags into and a TV for if you feel like watching a movie or show before sleep.

To further assure comfort and convenience, there are 2 full bathrooms! 1 bathroom is attached to a Queen bedroom. The other sits in the hallway near the laundry closet, where you will find a washer and dryer available for you to use during your stay! Please note: we do not provide washer pods, washer liquid, nor dryer sheets due to sensitivities, allergies, and preferences, so you will want to bring those with you!

Outside on the half-wrap porch, find the fire table, the propane grill, and plenty of seating to enjoy some time outside relaxing, reading, talking, or stargazing!

It is a gravel road and parking area. It is accessible with a 2WD.

Please note: Service may be spotty and/or unreliable, so you may find it beneficial to screenshot the information when you receive it before check in. There is wifi at the property that you can connect to. If your phone has the ability, turn on Wifi Calling and you will be able to send texts and make calls off the wifi!

Suches Vacation Rentals is available by text or phone from 9am - 9pm. Please check the manual from the office (use between 5 - 9pm). Only emergencies can be responded to after 9pm. If you think you’ll need help finding the cabin please schedule to arrive before 9pm.

Please note we can only communicate with the listed number associated with the booking for the safety and privacy of all of our guests. You are welcome to forward and information you receive to whoever you like but we cannot send any details about guest reservations to unattached contacts. We recommend planning in advance to be in service or have access to wifi while waiting to receive the door code as there can be large areas without cell service in Suches and the surrounding areas.

Suches Vacation Rentals provides the following amount of basic goods as a Starter Kit for your arrival at the cabin:

Kitchen Trash Bags - 5 (under the kitchen sink)
Paper Towels - 1 Roll per Kitchen
Toilet Paper - 3 per bathroom
Body Soap - Small sample bar soaps (with welcome kit in kitchen)

Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you feel that you'll need more of these items you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town.

Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them.

An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided.

Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house.

We provide one bath towel and wash cloth per guest according to the maximum occupancy of a cabin.
If you need extra towels during your stay, just let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange them based on availability.

No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.
