"Stayed two nights. Room not cleaned. Had to request towels - 3 times before we got them. All staff very helpful, friendly, and cheerful. Disappointed that hotel/casino wasn't very clean and updated. Loved the Starbucks and food court. We will return to casino, but might stay somewhere else."
