  • This special estate is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Muro.



    The house has a very individual character and offers 50 square metres of living space for 4 people.

    There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is on the upper floor and is accessible through a retractable ladder. This could be a good refuge for children. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and has been newly installed. The living area has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, CD and DVD player; there is also Wi-Fi.

    A modern kitchen with dining area for 4 people is at your disposal.

My son and I visited Mallorca for biking and had a wonderful trip! The owner of the cottage had a bottle of wine waiting for us and brought over a large Ensaimada mid-stay which was a perfect ride treat. We found great routes to the mountains from the cottage and enjoyed being more in the country. The second floor bed and kitchen prep areas are small, but both served their purpose. The lemon tree was a treat!

Finca Casita is a nice little house in a nice landscape. The outdoor spaces are great, the pool and the outside shower too. The indoor shower is of no use. One shower and the whole bathroom is flooded and won't dry for 2 days. No contact with a real person, although there is a next ground neighbour. This person will avoid you at all cost! The request to Mallorca Charm for two small towels and one for drying the dishes were answered with: “this is standard equipment“. not charming at all. Mind the hammocks, they are looking god but are dangerous to get in AND out. I even fell after my husband warned me. The Kitchen is poorly equipped, not one pan lid, no decent Wine glass. the light on the Terrace and in the living are shining bright like in a oriental Jewellery shop! Waking up and looking out in the green through iron bars, we found also not very charming. Though the place has its charm we cannot recommend it.

Es war furchtbar. Die Bilder im Expose stimmen nicht mit der Finca überein. Die Küche ist uralt, die couch versifft und völlig durchgesessen. Das Bad wurde wohl absichtlich nicht abgebildet. Ekelhaft und billig. Das Schlimmste war, dass die Bude nach Käsefuß und Durchfall gestunken hat. Aber so penetrant, dass wir uns dazu entschlossen haben, den ganzen Urlaub in unserem Notbett im Fahrzeug zu schlafen. Durch diesen Gestank war alles ekelig im Haus. Dadurch dass auch kein Fliegengitter funktioniert oder überhaupt vorhanden war, konnte man auch nur lüften, wenn einem Mücken im Haus egal sind. Das Bad ist komplett nass, wenn die Dusche genutzt wird...tagelang. Daher haben wir bei zum Glück gutem Wetter die Außendusche nutzen können. Zudem haben die ganze Nacht die Hunde der Nachbarn gebellt. Wir selbst sind mit Hund dort gewesen. Wir lieben Hunde, aber auch unseren Schlaf im Urlaub. Nicht möglich!Terrasse und Pool waren groß, das ist positiv. Keine Empfehlung, im Gegenteil. Lieber mehr investieren. Bei schlechtem Wetter hätten wir es dort nicht ausgehalten und neu gebucht.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche auf der Finca verbracht. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Mit ca. 7,5 x 9 Meter einfach rund dreimal so groß wie ein Standardpool. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön angelegt und man findet Ruheorte in der Hängematte oder auf einer Sonnenliege.Innen ist die Finca leider sehe dunkel und nicht besonders wohnlich. Die Küche ist komplett und zweckmäßig. Das Bad ist etwas improvisiert und steht nach dem Duschen komplett unter Wasser. - Hat uns nicht so gestört, weil es eine Außendusche gibt, die wie genutzt haben. Wir hatten die Woche Traumwetter und dann ist die Finca wegen Pool und Außenbereich wirklich toll. Wäre man bei schlechtem Wetter auf den Aufenthalt im Haus angewiesen, dann wäre es sicher nicht so schön.

Die ruhig und uneinsehbar gelegene Casita bietet einen entspannten Rückzugsort selbst in der Hauptsaison. Der Pool ist sehr groß, sogar schwimmen kann man darin. MallorcaCharme und die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich direkt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Leider war die Ausstattung der Küche nicht zufriedenstellend. Ein Topf und die Auswahl an Gläsern sind doch wenig.

Da wir zum dritten Mal in Folge in dieser finca waren …kann ich nur sagen das uns alles gefällt. Die ruhige Lage, der schön große Pool, das gemütliche kleine Haus und die gemütliche Terasse mit den Hängematten… Bleibt wie ihr seid und macht genau so weiter! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!!!

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in dieser kleinen gemütlichen finca gewesen und das wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein . Sie hat alles was man braucht im Urlaub…vor allem Ruhe ! Wir lieben die außendusche und den großen Pool …Die Besitzer haben uns auch mit frischen Tomaten und Melonen versorgt und das Team von Mallorca Charme war immer für uns da wenn wir Hilfe benötigten oder fragen hatten … Bleibt wie ihr seid!

Wert auf einen erholsamen Außenbereich legt, findet hier sein Glück.

Das Außengelände ist der Beschreibung entsprechend - man kann herrlich abschalten (auch wenn es auf einer Seite ein bewohntes Nachbargrundstück gibt - es sind ruhige Nachbarn), es gibt keinen Autolärm, Nachts hört man nur die Grillen zirpen, hier und da mal eine Schafglocke). Das Außengelände ist ansprechend gestaltet, diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Innenbereich wirkt dagegen etwas vernachlässigt. Das Kücheninventar wurde auch von uns weiter aufgebessert (eine neue Kaffepresse, da die alte verschimmelt war). Auch habe ich erst einmal die ganze Bettwäsche waschen müssen - was das betrifft waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Zudem hätten wir uns ein persönliches Treffen mit dem Anbieter gewünscht – auch wenn der Check-In problemlos ablief – ein paar Hinweise, wie und wo man sich auf dem doch recht großen Gelände bewegen, ob man sich am Obst bedienen darf, was es beim Pool zu beachten gibt, hätten wir uns gewünscht. Nichtsdestotrotz war die Erreichbarkeit per Mail in Ordnung. Die Originalpreise die bei der Buchung angezeigt werden, also was es ohne einen Rabatt kosten würde, stehen unserer Meinung nach allerdings in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität der Einrichtung. Fazit: wer mehr Wert auf einen erholsamen Außenbereich legt, findet hier sein Glück.

Nuestra estancia ha sido espléndida

Hemos viajado mi pareja, yo y nuestras 2 perritas y no podemos decir otra cosa que nuestra estancia ha sido espléndida. El alojamiento es ideal para una pareja e incluso algún niño. El espacio exterior es muy acogedor, con una piscina muy cómoda y mucha tranquilidad. Ideal para descontar y relajarse. El interior de la casa, sin grandes lujos, pero todo muy cómodo y práctico.Esta no muy lejos de zonas de playa, como Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de Sant Pere, Betlem, Can Picafort y zonas de ocio. En definitiva, muy recomendable. Ah! y el dueño, muy agradable, que además nos hizo obsequio de sobrasada elaborada por ellos mismo.

Unas vacaciones de relax

El alojamiento está bien, sobre todo la zona exterior, para poder disfrutar de tomar el Sol, la piscina y cenas relajadas. El interior no está mal, sin grandes lujos, pero que cumple con su función. Ideal para ir en pareja. La zona no está mal, tienes a no muy lejos zonas de playa, como Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort... Donde aparte de playas, tienes donde ir a cenar y tomar algo. La estancia ha sido muy agradable y seguramente, repitamos otro año. En mi opinión, le falta un plato de ducha al baño, que evitaría al ducharse que hubiera agua por todo. Al final utilizamos la ducha exterior. Cuidaría un poco más los detalles, pero muy bien.

Un petit coin de paradis dans les terres de Majorque. Une maison très agréable et une piscine gigantesque. Nous y avons passé de très bons moments. Les plages et commerces ne sont pas loin. Un petit point négatif pour la douche intérieure ainsi que pour le matelas de la chambre qui n'est pas très confortable. Éloigné du monde, on y entend seulement les oiseaux et les cigales. Nous nous y sommes également sentis en sécurité. Nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer la maison pour notre prochaine venue à Majorque

Idyllisch auf dem Lande

Wer eine ruhige Lage genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Für 2 Personen ( + 1-2 Kindern) ist die Finca ausreichend. Der große Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Genügend Grünpflanzen sorgen für ausreichend Privatsphäre. Trotz anliegenden Grundstück des Besitzers haben wir uns auf kleinste Weise gestört gefühlt. Pfauen, Hunde und Schafe immer hörbar, man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man ländlich wohnt. Nachts aber angenehme Ruhe. Aus vielen Jahren Erfahrungen, ist dies ein Problem bei den meisten Finca‘s. Das Equipment in der Küche ist meist etwas dürftig. Aber wir hoffen das wir es mit einem Tablett, einem Kaffeebereiter und einem Messer es etwas erweitern konnten. Bitte GPS-Daten der Müllentsorgung aktualisieren. Konnten angegebenen Standort nicht finden. Hinweis im Info-Ordner über automatische Brunnenbefüllung mit anschließender Bewässerung der Terrasse nachtragen. Dann weiß man als Stadtmensch das dies normal ist. Büro der Fincavermietung bei Problemen hilfreich. Bestimmt werden wir diesen Service wieder nutzen. Aus vielen Jahren Erfahrungen, ist dies ein Problem bei den meisten Finca‘s. Ein guter Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen, fernab vom sogenannten Massentourismus

Fast drei Wochen durften wir in dieser süßen, einfachen Finca Urlaub machen. Ruhe, Platz, gemütliche Hängematten, schattige Liegeplätze und zwei Außensitzecken ließen kaum Wünsche offen. Umgeben von Oliven.- und Mandelplantagen hörte man eigentlich nur gelegentlich die Rufe der Pfauen vom Nachbargrundstück. Allerdings hört man auch den ganzen Tag die vielen Flieger aber ich glaube dass ist auf der ganzen Insel so und auch nicht vermeidbar bei der hohen Besucherfrequenz auf Malle. Der Service von Mallorca Charme war super und die wenigen Kleinigkeiten die störten, wurden sofort behoben. So war es in den ersten Nächten noch kühl und es wurden warme Decken nachgeordert. Das Inventar der Küche, ist für jemanden wie mich, die gerne kocht, sehr einfach, wurde aber sofort um einige Dinge , wie Wein und Sektgläser, sowie eine Salatschüssel erweitert. Drei scharfe Messerchen haben wir als Gastgeschenk zurück gelassen. Der Vermieter wohnt auf dem Nachbargrundstück und trat nur drei mal in Erscheinung. Das erste Mal brachte er uns Eier von frei laufenden Hühnern. Das zweite Mal einen selbstgemachten Nachtisch und das dritte Mal eine Karaffe mit Sangria. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut und sagen an dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlichen Dank. Einen Wermutstropfen gab es aber doch. Obwohl wir mehrmals darauf hingewiesen haben, dass das WLAN nicht funktioniert, lies sich diese Problem bis zum Schluss nicht lösen. Fazit: Ein schöner Ort um mal so richtig zur Ruhe zu kommen.

Tolle Finca mit großem Pool in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca hat uns von Anfang an sehr begeistert, sie war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Viele tolle Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, riesiger Pool und die Hängematten sind super. Gelegen ist es außerhalb des Ortes Muro, etwa 2km entfernt. Nachbarn sind der Eigentümer selbst und eine Schafweide, weshalb es generell ruhig ist, bis auf gelegentliches Hundegebell vom Grundstück des Besitzers und das Mähen der Schafe. Ausgestattet war die Finca mit allem was man braucht. Grill, Waschmaschine, Strandschirm und auch Föhn ist vorhanden. Praktisch wäre noch ein Wasserkocher, wir haben Wasser in einem Topf gekocht. Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Süße kleine Finca mit liebevoller Einrichtung innen und außen. Traumhafter Pool. Tolle Außendusche. Ausstattung der Küchenuntensilien...z.B.nur einen Topf, aber 5 Pfannen. Extrem kmarrende halsbrecherische Leiter zum 2.Schlafbereich. Außenanlage wirkte noch im Aufbau..
