Modern Farmhouse "Finca Torrat" near Muro and Playa de Muro

The Finca Torrat is a modern landfinca with light-flooded rooms in the hinterland of the Playas de Muro. From the terrace from the first floor you have a view of the bay of Alcudia. When entering the house, the generous architecture is revealed: lots of light, high ceilings and an entrance hall, which opens up to the first floor. Via a free-standing staircase with adjoining gallery you reach the first floor. On the ground floor is the salon with modern couch seating and large flat screen TV with adjacent dining area. An eye candy is also the large designer kitchen in pink. It is also suitable for professionals. A cooking island with 5-plate induction cooker, oven, microwave, American fridge and, of course, a dishwasher belong to the equipment of the holiday kitchen. On the ground floor of Finca Torrat are two modern bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor is the Mastersuite with terrace and views to the Bay of Alcudia in the distance. The large property around the finca has around the pool area over a large cultivated lawn area. The unique double pool offers bathing pleasure for young and old. The large round children's pool with a depth of 40cm is always wonderfully warm. From the shallow pool you get directly into the large swimming pool. Terrace and garden have cozy outdoor furniture and a mobile grill. In the Finca Torrat there is a W-LAN connection, which reaches the pool.
