The house "Can Paris" is located in the northern area of the island of Mallorca. With its saltwater pool (6.5 x 5.5 meters) with an outdoor shower and its barbecue, it is ideal for perfect vacations near the beach, just a few minutes from the large tourist beach with white sand and crystal-clear waters.



In it you can enjoy your breakfast on its spacious terrace, enjoy refreshing baths in its private pool and sun on the loungers. Outdoor barbecue next to the pool to enjoy family or friends meals. The property has a large terrace with impressive views over the Albufera natural reserve and is equipped with air conditioning and Wifi.

The location was perfect for us as we are avid wildlife lovers so being so close to the nature reserve was perfect. The house was large and clean with very comfortable beds. Added bonus was the dishwasher and washing machine. We went there with children and it was perfect for our 6 year old. It´s perfect!

Dejligt privat hus i rolige omgivelser, med plads til familien. Skønt uderum både på terasse og i haven med skygge, solplads, pool og grill. Der var det vi havde behov for og vi nød 10 dages ophold. Lidt ærgerligt at poolen ikke blev rengjort i løbet af vores 10 dages ophold, da den blev ret beskidt af sand der var blæst rundt, og fordi det blev oplyst ved kontakt til firmaet at den ville blive rengjort, for ellers havde vi nok ikke tænkt så meget over det.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten. Das Haus ist ein Traum und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis mehr als hervorragend. Alles war ordentlich und wir hatten sehr freundlich Gastgeber. Ideal Property Mallorca hat außerdem schnelle Antworten gegeben. Besonderes plus: Auf Nachfrage durften wir unsere Koffer nach Check-Out im Haus lassen! Danke für den schönen Urlaub und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

2 wunderschöne Wochen in Playa de Muro

Wir waren total begeistert! Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben! Die Eigentümer waren nur zum Check-In und zwischendurch mal da um den Pool sauber zu machen und den Garten zu pflegen, somit hatten wir eigentlich das ganze Haus für uns. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett, wir haben uns immer gut unterhalten, wenn wir uns gesehen haben. Die Lage ist super! Ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, in ein paar Minuten ist man beim Strand, auf dem Weg dahin läuft man an ein paar kleinen Supermärkten (Spar etc.) vorbei. Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, gibt es genug Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Aber wichtig: An Mückenspray denken! ) Am besten auch einen Mückenstecker für die Nacht (geht auch vor Ort bei Mercadona zum Beispiel) besorgen. Durch die Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet ist das nun mal so.

Immer einen Urlaub wert!!‘

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist groß und komfortabel. Zu 8 hatten wir sehr viel Platz. Besonders schön auch die Terrasse, welche einmal um das Haus herum geht, in der ersten Etage. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ich kann die vielen tollen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen ...

Es fängt schon mit der Beschreibung des Objekts an, aus der man herausliest, dass die Besitzer nur gelegentlich vor Ort sind. Die Besitzer sind immer vor Ort, sie wohnen im Erdgeschoß und bekommen auch Besuch. Einmal wurde auch gegrillt. Verheizt wurde der Grünschnitt der Sträucher. Wir haben oben auf unserer Terrasse gesessen und zu Abend gegessen und wurden komplett eingenebelt, sogar die umliegenden Nachbarn kamen aus ihren Häusern, um zu sehen, was da los ist. Auch zwei Kinder waren zwei Tage zu Besuch und haben im Pool geplanscht und herumgeschrien, während wir oben auf der Terrasse saßen. Ein Duschkopf war so verkalkt, dass kaum Wasser rauskam und die Dusche so nicht nutzbar war. Am 3. Tag kam die Tochter der Besitzer, um die Kaution zu kassieren. Ich habe ihr den defekten Duschkopf gezeigt. Sie spricht englisch. Die Besitzer sprechen kein Wort deutsch oder englisch, eine Verständigung war sehr schwierig. Der Duschkopf wurde gleich am nächsten Tag repariert. Mir stellt sich nur die Frage, wie man die Dusche putzt, wenn kaum Wasser rauskommt. Das muss doch da schon aufgefallen sein? Bzw. wurde die Dusche geputzt ....? Die Handtücher waren zum Teil fleckig, was nicht gerade hygienisch aussieht. Die Badezimmerschränke sind alt, riechen muffig und Leisten lösen sich ab, ein WC-Deckel knauert sehr laut beim Öffnen/Schließen. Auch die Küche ist sehr alt, stinkt - auch in den Schränken (und damit auch das Geschirr) riecht es unangenehm. Der Geschirrspüler ist verrostet, wir haben ihn gar nicht verwendet, auch nicht den Herd und den Backofen Bei der Mikrowelle funktioniert der Drehteller nicht, der Wasserkocher ist innen rostig, Besteck minderwertig (tlw. mit Holzgriff). Ausserdem ist in der Anzeige eine andere Küche abgebildet, Ebenso sind auch Fotos eines anderen Wohn-/Esszimmers in der Anzeige. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und riecht gut. Lediglich beim Schrank klemmen die Türen. Die Schlafzimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Bei den Deckenleuchten funktioniert meist nur eine von drei Glühbirnen. Die Waschmaschine wäscht mit zu wenig Wasser (wahrscheinlich sind die Zuleitungen verkalkt), die Wäsche ist stellenweise noch trocken nach dem Waschen. Einige Türen klemmen beim Öffnen/Schließen und verursachen dadurch Lärm. Die Liegewiese beim Pool wird leider auch vom Hund der Besitzer genutzt .... als Toilette. Ich habe diese Erfahrungen der Agentur mitgeteilt und leider keine Stellungnahme erhalten. Lage ok. Kanal stinkt zeitweise.

Una buena estancia

La casa es exactamente como en las fotos. Nos gustó mucho y estuvimos muy cómodos. Es una casa amplia, con suficiente espacio para 6 personas. Todo funciona bastante bien, luces, duchas, cocina, etc. Los dueños (en el piso de abajo) son super majos y flexibles, y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos. La casa está a 3 minutos de la playa en una zona más tranquila que el resto de Playa de Muro y la piscina viene muy bien para refrescarse un poco en cualquier momento.

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay at Can Paris. The apartment was very big with the large terrace a particular highlight. The pool was great - a nice size and very clean. The garden/landscaping it was based in was truly beautiful with jasmine and hibiscus shrubs - the owners looked after it really well. The air conditioning was very efficient and the kitchen was well stocked. The apartment had lovely views at the back over the nature reserve and we enjoyed looking/listening for birds in the evening. Very quiet at night. The location was only a 5 minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever visited. A wonderful, relaxing stay.

Fantastiskt hus nära strand och naturreservat

Drömplacerat hus för fågelskådare. Huset gränsar direkt till ett fågelreservat. Utsikt över reservatet, naturparken, från altanen på den övre våningen. Parc natural de s' Albufera gränsar till huset med endast en kanal emellan. Helt fantastisk fågelskådning!!! Sex personer ryms gott och väl. Max fem minuter att promenera till den vidsträckta playan. Organisationen kring uthyrningen fungerar smidigt. Lätt att kommunicera med uthyrarna!

Very high standard property!

Excellent communication with Ideal Property allowed us in earlier than 16.00 hrs. Very impressed with cleanliness etc.. We were a bit further from Alcudia than we realised, but a taxi is only about 8 Euro in the daytime, 12 at night. Lovely small pool, and only about 5 mins walk from the beach.
