Holiday home in the vicinity from the sandy beach of Playa de Muro, Mallorca. Living area on three levels with minimum steps is very comfortable for large family or two with maximum 8 travellers. Air conditioned with double glazed windows and shutters, except one with fan. Modern open-plan kitchen with access to the porch with dining area, equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate and fridge. Coffee machine Nespresso, kettle. WiFi connection. Smart TV. Outdoor area includes 2 large porches and garden for sunbaths or lawn.
Beach is in only 100m from the house. Location in the residential area of private houses, far away from large hotels. Commercial area with shops, restaurants, pharmacy, taxi, atm in 400m. Bus stop to Alcúdia, Port Pollenca, Can Picafort and Palma in 400m.
