Beautiful and cosy house in Muro



Located in the village of Muro, in the north of the island.

Capacity for 3 persons.

The house is divided into three floors: ground floor, first floor and basement.

On the ground floor you will find the living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a cosy interior "patio" (courtyard) .

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with double beds and a bathroom with shower.

In the basement there is a sofa bed and a play area.

The whole house is completely renovated and cared for down to the smallest detail.

In the bedrooms there is air conditioning.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and the online check-in process are handled via WhatsApp, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

Everything was fine but there was one small inconvenience. We saw two cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

Im Ort ist absolut nichts los. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich trotzdem schwer. Googlemaps kennt die Straßen von Muro nicht und zeigte uns unmögliche Umwege.Zum Haus: Das Sofa ist durchgesessen, sodass man sich dort nicht lange aufhalten möchte. Die Terasse lĂ€sst keinen Luftzug zu. Das zweite WC befindet sich hinter einer TĂŒr auf der Terasse. Der modrige Gestank, der mir dort entgegenschlug (Abfluss) breitete sich natĂŒrlich auch auf der Terasse aus. Dort wollten wir nie sitzen, geschweige denn grillen.

Appartement charmant, clair, trĂšs propre et trĂšs soignĂ©, il ne manque rien pour y passer un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. DĂ©co moderne. Patio super sympa. Petit bĂ©mol sur la literie qui grince quand on bouge et l’isolation sonore. Il a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able d’arriver avec de l’eau au frais et d’avoir le petit nĂ©cessaire d’entretien.Village mignon, petit marchĂ©, quelques boutiques du quotidien suffisent et quelques visites touristiques nous ont permis de rester sur place quand on n’a pas voulu aller se baigner. Un peu Ă©loignĂ© des plages, pour ceux qui veulent y aller tous les jours, mais elles sont faciles d’accĂšs.

Das Haus liegt am Rande von Muro ĂŒber 3 Etagen. Wir waren im Dez/Jan auf Mallorca und mussten das Haus heißen - kĂŒhles Haus. In Sachen Sauberkeit war es in Ordnung hĂ€tte aber auch etwas besser sein können. Im Kellerbereich war auch bei uns eine Kakerlake. Hatte mit der Vermietung wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalt S Kontakt - sehr freundlich.

Le logement correspondait bien aux photos, il est dans un village trĂšs mignon mais loin de la ville, il est indispensable d’avoir une voiture pour se dĂ©placer sur l’üle car il y a pas bcp de bus et c’est trĂšs long. Le logement Ă©tait convenable, la vaisselle Ă©tait sale quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s nous avons dĂ» la refaire, sur la terrasse dehors il y avait une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able et nous avons trouvĂ© plusieurs cafards au niveau des douches et des chambres. Le dernier jour il a plus, un liquide de couleur est sorti de la porte d’entrĂ©e jusqu’au salon et dans la chambre de l’eau est rentrĂ©e par la fenĂȘtre qui Ă©tait fermĂ©. A part cela, nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, l’appartement est grand et spacieux.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es war super sauber und alles wirkte frisch renoviert. Netter Hof, der in echt offener wirkt als auf den Fotos, da er zum Himmel hin offen ist. Als wir feststellten, dass das Wasser im Außenwaschbecken nicht ablĂ€uft wurde uns gleich am nĂ€chsten Tag ein Handwerker geschickt, der alles reparierte. Insgesamt antworteten die Gastgeber extrem schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Ausstattung sehr reduziert war. Wenig Besteck und Geschirr, es gab kaum SchĂŒsseln, um Essen am Tisch anzurichten und Teller, kleine SchĂŒsseln etc. reichen lediglich fĂŒr eine Mahlzeit. Obwohl ein Luftentfeuchter im Keller lief, roch es in den ersten Tagen dort sehr feucht. Das Ă€nderte sich aber nach 2-3 Tagen. Muro ist ein ruhiger aber sehr schöner Ort mit authentischen CafĂ©s und Kneipen. Wir haben uns hier, abseits der Touristenmassen - trotz Hauptsaison - sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

La maison est conforme Ă  l’annonce. Les deux chambres Ă  l’étage ont une climatisation et l’emplacement de la maison est trĂšs bien. En revanche nous avons du payer l’électricitĂ©. En effet, nous avons acceptĂ© cette clause Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. NĂ©anmoins, dans la maison sur le papier du propriĂ©taire c’était indiquĂ© que l’électricitĂ© est incluse dans le prix. De ce fait, ce papier devrait ĂȘtre enlevĂ© ou l’électricitĂ© devrait effectivement ĂȘtre incluse dans le loyer. Les + - l’emplacement de la maison dans un lieu trĂšs calme et juste Ă  20 min en voiture des plages. Une ville trĂšs agrĂ©able pour les promenades nocturnes. - les commerces se trouvent Ă  seulement 5 minutes en voiture - la climatisation dans les chambres Ă  l’étage - Salle de bain bien agencĂ©e - le patio - MĂȘme si nous devons garer la voiture dans la rue il est toujours possible de trouver une place. D’ailleurs durant toute la longueur de nos vacances nous nous sommes garĂ©s toujours juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la maison Les - - le salon, la cuisine et la chambre d’en bas ne sont pas climatisĂ©es. Il y a un grand ventilateur mais cela ne peut pas couvrir tout cet espace - Devoir payer l’électricitĂ©
