Die Wohnung war ganz toll gelegen. Sie ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.Ein paar Infos zum Ort und seinen Möglichkeiten (zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen oder den besten Weg vom Bahnhof zur Wohnung vorab) wären vielleicht noch hilfreich.

Leider ist am Gebäude oder im Innenhof keinerlei Beschilderung angebracht. Als wir die Empfangsdame des anliegenden Hotels um Hilfe baten, da wir den Eingang nicht finden konnten, hat diese uns sehr unhöfflich gebeten die Appartments selbst zu suchen. Es sei nicht ihre Aufgabe diesen Service für den Eigentümer zu übernehmen. Dies kann ich gut verstehen, totzdem war es eine unangenehme Erfahrung! Nach der langen Reise das Gepäck in das oberste Stockwerk (kein Aufzug) zu befördern, hat das Ganze nicht angehmer gemacht. Das Appartment war an sich schön und genauso wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Auch die Lage in Bezug auf den Ort ist ein eindeutiger Vorteil. Leider wurde jedoch die verschmutzte Bettwäsche der Vorgänger auf dem Sofa vom Reinigungspersonal zurück gelassen. Das Informationsblatt, welches laut Check-In Email, Infos zur Müllentsorgung, Waschraum etc. enthalten sollte, war in unserem Appartment leider nicht vorhanden. Diese Infos mussten wir uns selbst erarbeiten, indem wir im Gebäude nach den Räumen gesucht haben. Was uns aber die größten Schwierigkeiten bereitet hat, war der Ausfall des WLAN's. Dies kann passieren, jedoch hat es ganze drei Tage und einige Telefonate und Nachrichteb gebraucht, bis das Problem behoben wurde! Wir sind regelmäßig in Murnau, haben demnach auch schon andere Ferienwohnugen bewohnt und müssen leider sagen, dass in diesem Fall das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht stimmig ist. Der Service hat im allgemeine zu Wünschen übrig gelassen.
