"Washroom is open no sliding door never seen such wash room in hotels my life. The berms they provided was too small for a 13 years old and we provided the age while booking. Reception did not want to hear said this is standard here! Will never recommend anyone"

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. ..."
