"Loved walking around and shopping in charming, old Swiss Appenzell as well as the variety of restaurants. Our room was comfortable and the owner and employees’ attention to details made it special, like a terrarium in the bathroom, good breakfast included, limited parking in their lot, and a large selection of tv channels. "Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."
