I loved how close it was to the event I was attending. The rooms were updated (vinyl flooring), clean and in decent condition for an older property. I know previous reviews were not good, but since new management took over, it's much nicer.

It was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very generous. Rooms was clean an maintained. I would stay again with no complaints.

This property has had a bad reputation in the past, but it has now been renovated. The king bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean but sloppy caulking in the bathroom makes the floor around the toilet look dirty but it is not dirty. The shower was fine with a good shower head and hot water. It was a very hot, humid day and night, but the air conditioning kept us cool. The person checking us in was friendly and helpful. There is nothing fancy about this place but it met our needs adequately.

I like that the property was located closely to the university. It was an extremely convenient location. I did not like the staff experience that i encountered upon arrival. He was not welcoming. He presented a room that was not cleaned. The linen was not clean and had cigarette burns on it. The bathroom was filthy and he declined to clean initially. My family and i went to the Dollar Tree on Main Street to purchase our own cleaning products. Once night came, the facilty has a large watchdog that is extremely big and intimdating. He barks extremely loud. It interrupts the peace. We checked out early as a result of our terrible experience.

You get what you pay for

First let me say the Staff was Friendly and helpful. If you are expecting a Hotel that leaves you "Mints on the Pillow" this is not the Hotel for you. It is the most basic hotel on the planet. It is a room, with Air-conditioning and heat, one towel, two washcloths, and a roll of toilet paper. The bed was a bed, clean sheets, but after a long day .... who cares. Parking was not the best. The parking lot was "Full" of heavy construction trucks and there equipment. The hotel was full of construction workers, who were polite. They even offered food from their grills which were in the parking lot. By 5 am the parking lot was empty. If you like music... all the better, you can hear the other guests music 2 rooms away. I got exactly what I paid for.

I booked a king suite and it looked like it needed to be cleaned. I was moved to a smaller room due to the fact i had a cat and this room was big enough for a bed and that was it. Stuff was just throw together horrible stay

Very old, dirty rooms. Refused to recognize my service dog and charged me because I "didn't tell " them ahead of my arrival. This is illegal and as soon as the government shutdown ends I will be filling a complaint.

I tried to cancel my reservations online but couldn’t. Poor place to stay , room smelled a lot . I did not stay and returned my key after checking in and kept driving! There were no other place to stay in that town. Overall it is not good town to stay overnight.
