"The property is better than it appears in pictures. In addition, it is more than sufficiently well supplied and not only in the kitchen. We would have appreciated if we had known beforehand that there were 5 bicycles available, 3 beach coolers, a beach cart to take the stuff to the beach, beach chairs and even beach toys. "The place was very clean, the bed comfortable and all was good. With stone floors, I would suggest that all future guests bring their slippers. The only criticism I would make is that it is about .3 of a mile from the unit to the beach parking lot and then about the same from there to the beach, so the walk to the beach was further than we thought it would be from the listing. Because of that distance, you really do want to load up the car with he chairs and beach items rather than walk it."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here! The property and neighborhood was perfect! Everything you need is provided, from kitchen to beach accessories! It was clean, and comfortable. Loved having the parking pass for the private beach area. I preferred something quiet away from the crowds, and this was perfect! I found so many beautiful shells! Can’t wait for our next trip! Would definitely book this place again!"

"Such a pretty place in a quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to coming back soon. Loved that bikes, beach items were there for us to use. But loved getting up and sitting on the dock looking at the pond with all it's wildlife in the morning. And the short walk to the private beach was just what the doctor ordered."

"House needs overhaul .. fixtures, appliances, etc old. Wall to wall carpeting from another era.Special habitat for spiders needs some solution. This limited use of pool and outdoor dining.Many dishes had to be washed to be used.Prior rodent problem worrisome, though clearly corrected. In total not worth the price. Management recognized problems and made a refund of portion of property. Nice book collection.Internet service provider problem. Management attended to problem with competent help."
