"A pochi passi dal mare. Realmente 30 metri. Comodità incredibile legata anche al parcheggio considerando la difficoltà di trovarne uno nelle vicinanze. Sotto la casa è presente spiaggia attrezzata con chiosco e centro da cui partono le escursioni. Casa (monolocale di c. 35m2) confortevole, da poco ristrutturata (con gusto) con terrazza e giardino (presente barbecue). Comoda per coppie. Costa rei sud raggiungibile a piedi con una camminata di c. 10 minuti. Ci torneremo sicuramente "
