"I never complain about my hotels. But I paid 2k a night to spend in an old room, that was covered in ants. This is a family resort, it’s all kids and parents(which is fine if you are looking for that). Breakfast was good. Gym was sub par. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice. Staff was great. Beach is very nice there the pools are busy with families. My big problem is the price to value you get. Free valet parking was nice. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again. "

"By far the best breakfast we ever had in any hotel/resort ever. The beach is stunning and pristine water. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful in any ways. Our room had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, what was amazing having two little kids. We got this balcony with view to the pool and beach and we could actually enjoy the singer/performer show from there while our kids were already sleeping.
Even the toiletries were amazing, what I usually don’t care since I take my own with me....
