I love staying here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located for transport connections and the lakeside. The hotel itself is very clean and pleasant inside and has recently had some attractrive internal rennovations including air conditioning to all rooms and key card access doors. My stay this time coincided with the Luci e Ombre festival and from my balcony I had the best posssible view of the fireworks on the lake on the final day.

Good hotel by the lake
We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The room was nice, clean and spacey. The balcony was with city view, so towards other houses and buildings. There was a construction right next to it, so it was a bit loud. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, we were able to sit outside and got to enjoy the great buffet they had. The location is perfect, as it is right by the lake.

Fantastic location
Close to Locarno downtown. It was a 10-15’ walk to piazza grande for moon & stars festival. No airconditioning but strong fan available. 5’ walk to trainstation and right opposite the lake.

Lovely Waterfront Location in Muralto/Locarno
Great location — in front of Lake Maggiore. Easy walk to funicular to Madonna di Sasso; Piazza Grande; and beautiful walk along waterfront. Good restaurants nearby.

Great location on the lake, lots of trees. My room had a balcony overlooking the lake. Loud festival was going on this weekend but I slept well thanks to good, tight balcony door. I only wish they'd keep the birds out of the dining room. I returned to my table to find a little one nibbling the cheese on my plate.

Family run lakeside hotel
Locarno is a beautiful place and the hotel is situated right by the lake with very easy access to all the local amenities. This is a family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for two nights en route to Italy but you could easily stay longer as this is a very beautiful destination in its own right

Wohlfühlhotel direkt am See
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Logistik ist bestens, aus dem 2.Sock gelangt man direkt zum Bahnhof 50m und zum Parkhaus 150m. Lage direkt am See und angeschlossenem Restaurant. 600m zur Piazza Grande und Altstadt. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und etliche Zimmer sind schon renoviert. Super Service.

Angenehme Unterkunft.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Badetücher wurden jeden Tag ausgetauscht. Vielleicht weil es noch sehr früh in der Saison ist und noch nicht so viele Gäste da sind. Wjnderschönes Einzelzimmer mit seitlicher Seesicht.

Das Ganze hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und vielseitig. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und vorteilhaft, insbesondere für Bahnreisende. - Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Hotel
Tolles Hotel und schöne, grosse Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge, da Seesicht bereits ausgebucht. War aber auch okay. Obwohl direkt unterhalb vom Bahnhof, ruhig. Auch nahe zur Altstadt. Empfang sehr herzlich und freundlich. Frühstück sehr grosszügig. Können wir empfehlen.
