"The good: The villas are beautiful. Very comfortable. The bad: 1) Like many resorts, Natalie's is a taxi ride away from any services. Unlike many resorts in this situation, it doesn't offer food options outside of breakfast and dinner. We arrived at 1pm and asked to have lunch at the restaurant. "We enjoyed a three night stay at Mai Chau lodge. As the lodge was quiet being mid-week, we were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lake. The local food offered in the restaurant was lovely. As options in the town were a bit limited we ate there every night. Location was excellent for visits to the outlying villages- all in an easy walk or cycle. Best of all were Ninh and her staff. Always friendly and eager to help and offer advice. "
