"Our recent stay at The Elephant Passage in Munnar was truly memorable and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink that set the tone for a relaxing getaway. We stayed in a mountain view cottage, and it was beautiful. Spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with refreshments. The large, comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep, while the balcony offered stunning views of the surrounding hills. The bathroom was equally impressive, very spacious and well maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary cashews in the room. One of the highlights was the temperature-controlled infinity pool, where swimming while overlooking the hills of Munnar was unforgettable. The resort is spread across a vast, beautiful property with plenty of peaceful spaces to relax and enjoy nature. We also tried a full body massage at the Vedic Spa. it was exceptional, and we left feeling completely refreshed. The resort also offered nice communal touches, like a bonfire and chit-chat sessions, which added a warm and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast had a good selection of dishes, served with lovely views from both indoor and outdoor seating. And while a bit more variety would have been welcome, it was still enjoyable and the team kept everything tidy. Overall The Elephant Passage is a fantastic resort that combines natural beauty, warm hospitality, and quality comfort. Perfect for a peaceful retreat or romantic getaway."

"We had a wonderful stay at BlackBerry Hills Resort. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond it making us feel at home. We took part in the morning yoga session which was a great way to start the day. The food at the Hornbill restaurant was delicious and very good value. We also used the laundry service which was reasonable and very quick to return our clothes. We stayed during the festival of Onam and the staff kindly let us join in decorating the hotel with flowers - a very special memory we will always remember! Thank you to everyone at BlackBerry Hills for a fantastic stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and every area of the hotel reflected excellent upkeep and attention to detail. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff and management. Everyone was warm, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. The management team clearly takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and their professionalism was evident throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, well-managed facilities, and a memorable stay. I would be delighted to return in the future."

"The Blanket hotel has excellent staff. It is a boutique hotel but has all the amenities you need. They also provide lots of additional services such as yoga, nature walk, cooking demos and so on. The pool is also beautiful. The location next to the waterfall makes it magical. The other guests don’t follow rules much when it comes to use of the pool in proper attire. The staff of the hotel should be commended for their professionalism and positive attitude. Kudos to their floor manager and all the staff and a big thank you!"

"Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information. Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway."

"Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall."
