"I want to start off by saying the location was perfect, very conveniently located to everything. However, upon arrival, I find out that the elevator doesn’t work, and the receptionist didn’t even offer to help with the luggage’s. I had two luggage's that I needed to carry up two floors. Then, when I arrived to my room, the second you open the door the room reeks of a sewer smell. Given the price you pay for this property, more professionalism and cleanliness is expected. "Staff was kind and accomodating. When you walk out of the door of the hotel, you are right at Rembrandt’s Square. Theee are several coffee shops nearby within a minute of two walk, several excellent restaurants. We would stay there again. "
