Such a lovely hotel, fab area super close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet pretty road. Beautiful room the bath was fab and everything was super clean. The staff were amazing super welcoming & helpful. The only thing is the balcony’s could be separated a bit better, maybe a screen. Loved the rituals products in the bathroom. Was a perfect home from home I will definitely stay here again. Ohh my fave part was the cat that lives there and the trees and view from the balcony was super peaceful. Oh and my bed was sooo comfy and my room was beautifully decorated.

The location was great and staff were helpful. We didn’t use the gym or sauna. The room was clean although the carpet was stained. The bed was comfortable and the shower was not bad, albeit a bit dated.

Staff was over-the-top helpful. Charming hotel. Many, many stairs, but this is Amsterdam. Great place!

The staff are lovely and the location is great. You do get what you pay for in a sense that the facilities could do with maintenance. My tv was not working, some lights did not work, lighting overall was not great in the room but luckily it was sunny outside. The cleaner also did not replace the bath mat. The temperature system was quite useless. The room however is clean, the style is nice and the bathroom is lovely. No issues with the shower, bed was comfy, and room convenient.

Location: directly on the canal. Composed of 17th century canal houses.
