This resort was wonderful. I had a great time. The room was beautiful clean way beyond my expectations. Thank you Expedia for making this choice for me. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff

Shower controls nearly impossible to balance temperature. Soap container empty in shower. No TV available for entire stay. Breakfast not available until 8:30am. No coffee/tea machine in the room. No safe. Very little drawers. Only shelves for clothes. Only 6 hangers. No key card entry. Instead, a wrist ban... that if not returned would be charged a fee. Some parking areas was in a dimly lit location which could be subject to vandalism or theft. On the positive side, the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

The room was very nice and clean. Staff were kind and polite. Website did indicate it was a double room. However that is not what I got. It was a standard room with a double bed. Very misleading information. I was disappointed when I realized it. I was under the assumption. It was a double room with double queen beds. I didn’t say anything as not to make my stay uncomfortable. All went well.

The Tennis Club is legendary for it's amenities and good service. It's actually a time share, but if you're lucky there are some units available to the public at certain times. We actually used to be owners here, but find it more convenient for our lifestyle to simply book it when available. The grounds where the bungalows are located are maintained beautifully too. Don't miss all the great historic pictures in the lobby of the celebrities who've been there over the years! Highly recommended!
