Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Although we didn’t use the hot tub or garage or outdoor features we thoroughly enjoyed the dining room. Home is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again if we return to Muncie.

Family Friendly Home

We traveled to Muncie to see my 90 year old father so he could meet his great grandchildren. The house was comfortable and roomy enough to visit with family. The backyard was spacious for our grands to run and play. They even enjoyed picking and eating apples from the apple tree. We travelled with our 2 dogs and were pleasantly surprised with how warm the garage was for their stay. The home is in a nice rural area that is family friendly. We definitely plan to stay there again when in town next.

Property is very clean. I was alone but more than enough room for a family. I had trouble checking in because I could not get the lock info from the VBRO communications, and I could not reach the landlord. it took over an hour on the phone with VBRO to get the appropriate info. The house itself is very nice. Small fenced yard for my dog was a plus

We really enjoyed our stay! It has so much more charm than i think was captured in the listing. Such a cute farm house! I would caution to bring additional kitchen utensils if you have a larger group. Us and our 3 kids found ourselves having to quickly rewash utensils to reuse but not a big deal. Crockpot, skillets, grill, etc very accessible. Lots of extra washcloths, bedding, etc available. Very quiet and private which was important to us. Would stay again. Thank you!

Nice older home

This is an older house but was nice and the interior was clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Communication with the owners was ok. They responded when called. No check in/ check out procedures were sent. Had to call and ask how to get in the house. I did change the length of stay by removing one day about six weeks before arriving and we were still charged the same amount the cost per night went up. The owners said they had no control and to call VRBO. VRBO said it was the owners call. Pleasant stay.

Potential but needs some polish

Overall things were ok. The place is clean and it fit our needs for the weekend. But someone needs to make a small investment in some simple things - new/quality towels is a mush. And better/more dishes and pillows would be greatly appreciated. The towels provided are a very mismatched assortment that are very, very worn, and not very high quality. I usually bring my own pillow but forgot and greatly regretted it. The yard was awesome and overall the stay in town for our daughter's wedding was a success. A little investment in the small (but important) things would do wonders for upgrading the overall experience.

Home Town Visit

The house is located on a beautiful lot and a nice neighborhood. The property was a nice older ranch style house that appeared very nice. The inside is very dated and it needs a deep cleaning. And a visit from an exterminator, bugs in the kitchen, and my husband got a spider bite.

Great Country Vibe

We loved staying here. The view from the sun room is awesome. A bit more communication from the owners around recycling and a defective smoke alarm would have been helpful. A better stocked kitchen would be good. There is a great dining area and lots of dishes. Not a lot of flatware.
