Staff and area are great. This is an aging property that needs some serious remodeling and new furniture. The top sheet on our bed had a hole in it from wear. The tub had some stains and it didn't look clean.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was smaller than what was shown in the pictures, but at least it had a nice A/C as it was really hot in the 2 days I was in LA. The floors are really dirty though, that's my biggest negative. But at least a working bathroom. It's not the best, but it works at least. Housekeeping was really good, as she provided me with extra towels, toliet paper and soaps. Check in and check out went smoothly. My other negative is that there's no restaurants nearby that's walking distance, so I had to order Uber Eats for a night. There is a convenience store at the Chevron gas station that's about an 8 min walk. Overall, it was ok. I felt comfortable and relaxed and it had good wi-fi as well.

"With a family of 4, we stayed for 2 nights at The House, which is about 100m up the road from the main building of the motor lodge. Overall we had a great stay, very clean and comfortable. You can hear a bit of traffic noise, we were able to walk into the town centre to restaurants and bars."
