"The room smelled like mold. The refrigerator was making a loud noise. I was told we could get an early check-in, and we could not. I also was told we would be refunded the $100.00 the next morning, and was not!"

"When I arrived to my room, I found the bed appeared slept in, an open can on the nightstand and a used towel in the bathroom. The second room assigned to me, had dirt in the carpet outside its door, and one of the wall sconces hanging by its wiring, also it looked like someone had tried to pry the door open. Immediately, I became uncomfortable staying here and I eventually left early before my 2nd nights stay and checked out. I would not stay here again. "

"Room is dirty. The kitchen has grease dripping down from exhaust hood. Exhaust filter is seemed never been cleaned. Not sure why, but the smoke alarms are wrapped up with plastic bags. When I was waiting to check in, there is a guy, look more like homeless with scooter ran in the hall way. I would say, this place is more like a low income apartment rather than hotel. There isn’t hair dryer in the room, I called to front desk and was told, no hair dryer at all. lol "
