"Very nice location, excellent customer service, the check in was smooth and beyond my expectations. A lovely lady who took me to my room, she includes all resort information also the most interesting sightseeing of Samoa, Later on I knew her name is Hannah, director of customer service of the hotel, outstanding communication skills with guest, well done. Breakfast buffet has various options for local and international cuisine, I do like their special coffee with soy milk; Friday night there is a dance show with fire dance, is absolutely amazing. Overall is a great place for vacation in Samoa."

"Location: one of the best locations if you want to stay in town. Convenient shop on the ground floor. You also have the city that’s 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Room: beautiful room, I booked a standard room & it was well worth the money. Good space travelling alone. Bathroom also has a lot of space to move around. Service: good service from reception staff. Always happy and willing to help with my enquires. Altogether my experience was awesome.
