9/10 Wonderful! (436 reviews)
Great location right on Gwangalli Beach, with lots of bus routes, bars, and restaurants close by, and about 15 minutes walk from the metro station. My room was clean and modern, with a very spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tip: try to get a room at the front of the hotel for a beach view!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,426 reviews)
The hotel was beautiful. The lobby spacious and stunning. Very helpful lobby and reception staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some mould around the tiles in the bathroom. The maids were very friendly and obviously hard working.
It’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay to use the hotel swimming pool (and more again to buy a swimming cap for the indoor pool). It cost £15 per person for use of the pool. Not worth it especially if you have a family to pay for.

Great location. Close to beach, metro and shops.
The breakfast was limited and the restaurant seems too small for the number of rooms which meant long queues.

"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was ..."
