Located in Muldestausee, this modern 28 sqm apartment welcomes up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom featuring a large double bed and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The multifunctional space offers a cozy reading corner, 50-inch TV, small but fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi. Electric shutters provide complete darkness for restful sleep. Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are included.



Step outside to your private uncovered terrace with northeast orientation, perfect for morning relaxation. The shared garden offers additional outdoor space to unwind.



Free parking is available directly at the property and on the street. Events are not permitted, and children under 14 years are not allowed in the apartment.
