"The management and staff went the extra mile to please and accommodate all guests. I was impressed that they encouraged handicapped members in front line customer facing roles. The managers were seen guiding and encouraging staff to deliver a pleasant stay. "

"Renovated Portuguese-era building. Immaculate condition, while being faithful to its historic roots. A/C worked perfectly . Shower great. Beds super comfortable. Staff was attentive and hospitable. The hotel/ inn is 1 min from the Chinese fishing nets & is perfectly placed for nice shops and a handful of restaurants. Of the 6 properties in which I stayed on a 2-wk trip, this was easily my favorite. For visitors flying into COK airport, be aware that with standard traffic it’s 75-90 minutes to the property. (If you transit overnight, it’s more like 45 minutes.)"
