"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. "Just left the Kempinski Dead Sea. It was a lovely stay. It’s a resort and it does everything a resort should. Customer service was terrific. Very attentive. The area to swim in the Dead Sea was well taken care of and the staff always ready to give you a towel or help put your mud on. The spa was wonderful. An’am was so welcoming and attentive to our needs. The Dead Sea pool was amazing. We bought the half board and were happy with the massive selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Ivan was there every morning to check on everyone and ask if there was anything we needed. There is a huge construction project next door which sometimes ruins the serenity of the place. "
