Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc.

Great location, pool was excellent shape. Loved the wine bar and cafe. Room was very spacious and plenty of space. Staff was very friendly and anticipated every need.

Very nice property. Good value. Great location for sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff.
No food option at the property but nice restaurants very close by. Walking distance.
They should use contrast strips on the steps making it easy to see for people with low vision. Easy fix toward trips and fall.

"A fantastic spot from which to explore the Kerala backwaters. The hotel organised a half-day Sikkara boat tour and for the remainder of our (too short) stay we relaxed by the pool and dined on the beach. Recommended!"
