"The Lodge is just outside the Serengeti Park, on a hill, with a nice view. Rooms are confortable even if not luxus, the restaurant is good and the people serving were friendly, by warm weather it is very nice to sit outside and look far into the park. I found the people at the reception quite cold and distanced, a pity."

"We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. Once we entered the room the temperature was well over 90F/32C. There is no fan in the room. There are two small windows in the rear, however there is no screen to keep the bugs out. When we went to the front desk to request a portable fan were we told none were available. We ended up sitting outside the room until 1800. We...

"Hotel proche d'une porte d'entrée du Serengeti, ce qui permet d'accéder rapidement dans le parc.
Les tentes sont propres et bien aménagées.
Je regrette de ne pas avoir eu de tente familiales (donc avec une salle de bain située à l'intérieur de la tente et non à l'extérieur) pour nous 4 (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 11 et 13 ans). Notre tente était un peu limite au niveau de la taille, mais cela convient parfaitement pour 1 nuit.
J'ai apprécié qu'un petit bocal de lessive soit offert...

"The location of the hotel listed on Hotels.com is incorrect. Since there are no signs indicating the hotel’s direction from the road, it would have been impossible to find it on our own. Thankfully, the rangers escorted us, and we were able to locate it.
The Wi-Fi is not working.
That said, the staff is excellent—always kind and helpful. The food is delicious, and the lunch box service is especially valuable when heading out on a game drive."
