Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Not quite up to the mark. Breakfast plated not buffet. Bathroom plumbing needing attention but shower was very good. Balcony furniture and view sare plus points Would consider using again but not definitely. Renovation work ongoing. All in all Contess okay.

Lovely Contess.

Stayed for 3 days, the hotel was in transition with new owners and staff. Right on the Plaj front with superb views. Overall they made us most welcome, the rooms were smaller than hoped, but still comfotable and clean. The staff were excellent and couldn`t do enough for you, especially as my Turkish isn`t brilliant. Breakfast will be as a buffet once they are organised, but at the moment it was a selection of cold cheeses, salads, eggs, preserves and bread on a plate. You could order omlettes etc if wanted at an extra charge. Overall a great stay and we will not hesitate to go back.

Very bad experience for me

I should've taken more notice of the poor reviews for this hotel but had confidence in the statements from the hotel that things were better this season! It's the worst experience I've ever had in Icmeler - I've been going there since 2001. I stayed one night only and arranged with Hotels.com to start a refund process for the other 9 days, 13 days later my refund still not in my bank! There may be some rooms that have been updated but my experience was awful

Aussicht aufs Meer OK. Zimmer eher klein aber OK. Sauberkeit hat viel Verbesserungspotential. Zimmer wurde vor Ankunft ungründlich gereinigt und vorbereitet. Frühstück wahrscheinlich OK, wenn man vor den Reisegruppen am Buffet ist. Kaffee gab's keinen. Personal unmotiviert. OK, für Kurzurlaub, wenns direkt am Strand sein muss.

yanlış tercihlerden kaçının.

tek artısı konum olarak güzel bir yerde bulunuyor sahille arasında sadece yürüyüş yolu var. sadece başımı sokacak bir yer olsun istiyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. tercih edecekseniz odalar da mini buzdolabı, tv, ısıtıcı vb şeyler bulunmuyor bunlar en vasat yerlerde dahi standart olarak bulunan şeyler olmasına rağmen burda yok bu sebeple vasat altında diyebiliriz. otoparkı yok ara sokaklara aracını yer bulursanız bırakırsınız, temizlik konusunda da vasatın altında kalan bir yer, tercih ederken bunları gözönünde bulundurarak değerlendirme yapın.

Otel müdürleri Ozan Bey ve Hayrettin Bey’e çok teşekkür ediyoruz güler yüzleri anlayışları ilgileri alakaları mükemmeldi. 5 gün gittiğimiz tatilimizi 2 gün daha uzattık. Denize sıfır kendilerine ait plajları var. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli. Otel çalışanları yine aynı şekilde ilgililer. Akşamları ayrıca canlı müzikleri oluyor. Gayet keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Sakin dinlenebileceğimiz, aynı anda eğlenebileceğimiz bir tatil oldu. Tekrardan teşekkürler Contess By Faros ekibi. 🙏👏

Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlüydü. Sahile çok yakın ve şezlongları iyiydi. Ama plajdaki çalışanlar siparişleri çok geç getiriyorlar. Odada televizyon ve minibar yoktu. Minibar istedik ama ne yazık ki gelmedi zaten oda küçük olduğu için koyacak yer sıkıntı olacaktı. Her gün odanın temizlenmesini istedik ve temizlendi. Kahvaltıda çeşit olarak iyiydi ama saat 9.00’a kadar tura katılan tatilciler olduğu için kahvaltıdaki çeşitler kısa sürede bitiyordu. Biten yiyecekleri yenilemeleri de uzun sürüyordu bu yüzden kahvaltıda çok vakit kaybediyorduk. Bu yüzden bence tur şirketi ile gelenler ile normal kendi misafirlerini ayırmaları gerekiyor. Ben sırf bu yüzden oteli tavsiye edemeyeceğim.

Temmuz 2024

Odamız ve otel genel olarak temizdi, eşimle 4 gece konakladık, klima, sıcak su sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Otelin önündeki plajda şezlong ve şemsiyeler otel müşterilerine ücretsiz, restoranın fiyatları da makuldu. Otel açık büfe olarak hem kahvaltı hem akşam yemeği veriyor. Biz akşam yemeği beklemiyorduk şaşırdık. Otopark sıkıntı, kendi aracıyla gelecekler otelin yakınlarında yer bulamayabilir. Otelin eksik bir yanı yoktu, sadece çok sık elektrik kesintisi yaşadık, bu sorun otelden kaynaklanmıyor ancak jeneratör vs yoktu. Akşamları otelin bahçesinde canlı müzik oluyor, kokteylleri de genel olarak başarılı.

Saygısız anlayışsz tek derdi para olan bayan müdür

Ekstra ücreler talep ettiler. Klima kırıktı oda değiştirdik. Yeni oda da klima bozuktu. 2 saat tamirini bekledik. Buzdolanıda bozuktu değiştirildi. Tatile mi gittik tadilata mı belli değildi. Çalışanlar oldukça iyiydi fakat otelin müdürü olduğunu söyleyen bayanla hiç anlaşamadık para para diyip duruyordu. Satın almış olmasaydım para iadesi alabilecek olsaydım mümkün değil kalmazdım.

Contess by Faros - Icmeler.

Skønt ophold på mindre autentisk tyrkisk stil hotel, som jeg mere vil kalde B&B. Skøn beliggenhed lige ud til stranden. Ikke de største værelser, men der var alt hvad jeg havde brug for. Aircon, lille køleskab, el koger. Der er ikke så mange stikkontakter, så en forlængerledning med ekstra stik vil jeg anbefale at tage med. Rengøringen var tip top, og alt personale var meget hjælpsomme. Skøn morgenmads buffet med diverse retter. Mindre pool men ren og pæn. Skøn strand med gratis liggestole, wifi, det er kutyme at købe drikkevarer på stranden. Jeg vil klart vende tilbage en anden gang.

Ett mysigt strandhotell med personlig touch.

Ett mysigt hotell mitt på stranden i fantastiska Icmeler. Ett mycket fint bemötande och den här vistelsen var helt över förväntan. Kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka till det här hotellet inom kort. Ett litet hotell med personligt bemötande och man kände sig trygg under hela resan.
