Haus ist insgesamt in einem schlechten Zustand, mehrere Dinge funktionierten nicht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unterirdisch und er hat schließlich 100 Euro Kaution eingezogen wegen irgendeines Vorwands. Schade - die Lage hat Potential aber Haus und Vermieter sind nicht zu empfehlen.
