"Everything was pretty good but just not very happy with the customer service the old grandma provided. I was asking her for extra towels since I have private outdoor tub on the balcony, but she refused saying she can only provide 2 for each room. "

"Room 203 was bright and airy because it has access to a balcony. The bathroom is private inside the room, but the shower wets the toilet because there is no divider. Housekeeping knocked once during our four-day stay and emptied our garbage. The host seems to live in a connected home next door, and it was a nice arrangement to be able to ask questions if needed but they give guests a lot of privacy and peace. Highly pleased by the water bubbler in the common area to be able to refill my bottles...

"The property is easily accessible to the beach. We booked a beach facing room so the view did not disappoint. I overlooked the fact that they don't have an elevator so we had to drag 3 pieces of heavy lugguage to the third (top) floor. "

"The room was clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not rock solid. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. The owner spoke enough English to get me checked in. If he needed help he asked a neighbor. The scooter rental was a very good deal and one of the best parts of my trip. The electric scooter is a good way to see Kenting. The hotel was a bit loud at times. Some rooms had play areas for children. I recomend the Totoro room for those with kids. Would stay again."

"First day in a first floor room. Power socket on the wall is poorly maintained and loose. Power converter won’t even stay in socket. When complained to the owner he showed me an attitude of “take-it-or-leave-it”. Room has no window. Charged me extract 100 NTD for a dirty quilt. And the guy insisted on paying cash. Later on asked for a pair of glasses for drinking team and they never got delivered. On the third day switched over to a ocean view room - a very small room - no shower...
