Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We were told one hour before our check in that hotel does not exist. They told they have already informed hotels. Com. They have taken our money not refunded. They are fraud. I want my money. They have taken from last October and I have receipt.
