"All the rooms were incredibly clean and relaxing. The host was very accommodating and the location was perfect. I was able to walk around at night and really appreciate where I was. Also, the sauna was very wonderful and do the matcha tea ceremony. It was very calming."

"客室がとても綺麗でした。また、スタッフさんの対応もとても丁寧で、気持ちよくチェックインでしました。
ただ1点だけ、冷蔵庫はスイッチを入れて使うようになっていましたが、スイッチの案内は貼ってあるもののどこにあるのかわからず、結局冷蔵庫が使えませんでした。"

"周囲に食事出来る施設がほとんどないのに、食事の提供がない。自転車で琵琶湖一周していたが、朝食が出ないのでおにぎりを買うために自転車往復6.6km走らざるをえなかった。また自転車で近くの気軽に夕食が食べれる所は１軒しかない。更に普通の宿ならあると思っていたタオルや浴衣の提供がないのも驚いた。"
