"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. What stood out was the wonderful support from the desk clerk who registered and assigned the room. She was on the ball, informing me where to park my car, arranging for an early airport transport, having a to-go bag breakfast prepared, a wake-up call, plus a great bed. She was arranging each request as we spoke. Never seen that before at any hotel. A+ for her."
