  • This brand new two bedroom apartment is situated in a modern block just
    a short walk to the Ta Xbiex seafront close to bus stops and ferries
    making it ideal to quickly commute to different tourist hot spots
    easily. Perfectly positioned with trendy promenade cafes, restaurants,
    boat trips, bus stops and Sliema’s busy shopping centre within a 15
    minute walk. It is just ideal for a couple or for a family with one or
    two children.
    Finished to high standards, clean and fully air-conditioned, this
    modern unit consists of a living/dining area opening up to a balcony, a
    fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single

Bien situé mais bruyant

L’appartement peut en réalité abriter trois personnes de façon correcte (1 chambre avec lit simple et une autre avec lit double). Le canapé dans le séjour ne permet pas de dormir correctement : bruits, lumières (pas de rideaux). Le logement est neuf, mais sans charme et avec le strict minimum en terme d’aménagement. Bonne situation pour découvrir La Valette et le front de mer.

Light, bright, modern and stylish

This is a lovely stylish apartment in a brand new modern block. The Lounge patio window and balcony faces south with an open aspect and the apartment is very light and sunny. We received exceptionally fast and friendly responses from Paula and she was very accommodating to our needs, allowing us to have a late check-out due to our afternoon flight. The location was excellent for us, with bus stops right outside, Msida Creek and Marina only steps away and a very pleasant 30 minute walk into Valletta. There is plenty of choice for food shopping in a number of supermarkets only 10 minutes walk away. We can thoroughly recommend 'Down the Rabbit Hole', a superb pub just around the corner on Triq D'Argens where there is a great choice of beer and a warm welcome. Msida feels like a living area rather than a tourist area, and although there are some restaurants close by, there are many more in Sliema, only a 15 minute walk. The only note of caution that we would place on this apartment is that it's situated on a very busy road junction - but the apartment does have double glazing and air conditioning. The traffic didn't disturb us at night but having the patio windows open during the day was quite noisy. However, having said all that, it was a brilliant vantage point to watch the very entertaining driving antics of the Maltese!
