Staff was good, but lack of eletricity jeopardized

I booked the just for a one night stay near the airport. The staff was great: they picked me at the airport with no additional cost and made me feel comfortable, but the guesthouse was facing eletricity problem, so I didn't have energy, neither hot shower to take a bath, neither drink a coffee, so it was way to expensive conidering I only had a dark, yet comfortable, room.
