"Our Lady Host was AMAZING - she spoke great English, was very classy and paid attention to every detail. MOST OF ALL she simply wanted to ensure we had an amazing stay and enjoyed Salzburg. "The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

"My husband and I fell in love with this hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. All spoke English. We had a junior suite and we had access to the executive lounge. Everyday there was new food to snack on and fully stocked drinks that were free with the room. Also our mini fridge in our room was free too. The breakfast was off the charts good. Everything you can think of was available. They even had a chef ready to prepare omelets, fried eggs, etc as you order it. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. It is in walking distance to everything. 👍😀"

"High-grade 4 star hotel. Lots of personal touches that make it feel like a 5 star experience. Room was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent English language skills. Used Sauna and Steam Room. Both were clean and worked well. Lots of options at breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vienna. "

"Parking for hybrid vehicles was not available at the hotel. However, there was a large paid parking lot within a 5-minute walk, so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience, and the staff were the kindest people I met during my trip in Austria."
