Fantastic water pressure, AC kept it cold. That's where the highlights end. Walked in to find a strand of hair on the bed sheet and in the bathtub. At this price point that's extremely disappointing and hygienically unacceptable — especially after a long day of travel. No do-not-disturb sign in the room so I assumed no housekeeping. However, the hotel was extremely noisy, and I woke up multiple times during the night because of the noise throughout the property. In addition, the staff was not helpful. "Absolutely wonderful stay. Rooms are nice, clean, spacious and recently renovated. The downtown location can’t be beat. The resort itself is well maintained. My dogs loved the pet area and there is grass everywhere throughout the resort. Will definitely plan to stay here again."
