"Unfortunately not at all as we expected. It really is in the middle of nowhere - so dangerous hairy roads to negotiate meaning no chance of fresh morning croissants. As to returning in the dark after a night out - definitely not! The interior is nicely decorated but not very cosy with a very basic kitchen definitely designed by someone who doesn't cook. We left after only one night!"

"We recently returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Larmes. On arrival we thought the property was nice, large bedrooms and nice areas to socialise. Location good, short drive to local supermarket, petrol station and plenty of restaurants within 15 minute drive.Unfortunately we had the following issues: 1. Not enough hot water - there were 10 of us staying in the property and the hot water would run out after 3 or 4 of us had showered. We raised the issue with the host who said there is a 300 litre...

"Nous avons passé un très beau moment dans ce lieu aux prestations vraiment au delà de nos attentes. Françoise est arrangeante et à notre écoute. Nous avons pu célébrer nos anniversaires avec mon conjoint et une quarantaine d'invités. Ceux qui sont restés pour la nuit et nous même avons profité de chambres très confortables, le tout dans un cadre très chouette, même par temps de pluie en ce début Décembre. "Idéalement situé à 1 heure max de tous les sites touristiques de la région : Albi, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Revel, Toulouse… Boulangerie à 5 minutes et supermarché à 15 minutes. Lieu parfait pour des vacances au calme et en famille. Animaux de compagnie acceptés. Pas de Clim mais les épais murs du château préserve de la chaleur même par les plus chaudes journées d’été. Le couple d’hôte est très accueillant et avenant. Coup de cœur pour ce château. "
