"Came in the off season, and it was a complete bait and switch. Actual hotel was closed (including pool and restaurant (so no breakfast)). Placed us next door in tiny apartments. Manager gave us the key and left the property. First room had a broken toilet seat so moved us to another one. Staff spoke no English and didnā€™t understand that we need password for WiFi. Blanket on bed was wet. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next morning."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights toward the end of our trip to Crete, and it was a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located just off the main highway, perched on a hillside overlooking the Cretan countryside. We had a spacious suite with a balcony offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and a genuine pleasure to chat with. Our stay included a complimentary breakfast, which was excellent. Breakfast was served on a outdoor terrace adjacent to the pool, making for a great way to start the day. The combination of beautiful scenery, peaceful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and warm hospitality made this a memorable stay. We enjoyed our time here and would gladly return!"
