"Great location, breakfast, amenities and helpful staff. Large room compared with typical hotel. Lost a star due to chaotic check in. Arrived before check in time to leave bags. details taken and passports scanned. Then at actual check had to do it all again when it was really busy. Staff seemed to be struggling with computers. Bar was infrequently manned with no method of summoning staff except to walk back to reception. However minor gripes. Great hotel."

"Very helpful staff. The air conditioning was not working during a hot period and I received a message warning me and asking me if I wanted a refund but I kept the booking. Sometimes it’s just a little customer service which makes a problem much easier to accept! In the end sleeping with window open was completely adequate- I was in Portugal and expecting hot weather."
